8th Grade Baby Photo Yearbook Submission

As the school year continues, we are excitedly preparing the Madison Middle School yearbook-a cherished keepsake for your child as they move on to high school. One of our favorite traditions is featuring baby photos of our students, and we would love to include your child's photo in this special section.

Submission Deadline: Please submit your child's baby photo by January 27, 2025. Meeting this deadline will allow us to prepare the yearbook on schedule. 

No late submissions will be accepted.

Submission Guidelines:

  1. One Clear Image: Please send only  one high-quality baby photo of your child to ensure the best presentation in the yearbook.
  2. File Format: We accept  JPEG, TIFF, PNG, or HEIC files. Most smartphones and digital cameras save photos in these formats.  No  screenshots! If you need help converting your photo, don't hesitate to reach out.

How to Submit:

Thank you for helping us make this yearbook a truly memorable keepsake. We can't wait to see all the adorable baby photos!

Ski & Snowboard Club

It’s that time of the year—time to sign up for the MMS Ski & Snowboard Club!

Dates: Fridays: 1/24/26, 1/30/26, 2/6/25, 2/20/25
Times: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Bus Departure: Leaves school at 2:15 PM 
**all students must ride the bus to and from Mt. Southington; no pickups or drop-offs are allowed.**

Families have the ability to report full day absences, late arrivals and early dismissals via their Infinite Campus Parent Portal using the mobile app or website in place of calling the school attendance line. 

Any parent absence requests should be submitted by 9:00 a.m. on the day of the absence. Known absences may be submitted in advance. The absence request feature is ONLY available to parents via the Parent Portal. For specific directions on how to report an absence via the Infinite Campus Portal click here.
